Very professional! Did the best job on my sofa with spots no one else could get out. Cleaned the carpets. Used Wall corner protectors, which I have never seen before and save my walls from getting all scuffed up! On time, checked in regularly to let me know if he was on the way. I just couldn’t ask for anything better!
Cliff called when he was on his way, he was very polite, professional and timely. He explained all the steps he’d be taking to clean our couch. He spent extra time on the dirtiest areas instead of doing one even run through. He encouraged me to contact him with any concerns or if I wasn’t happy with the end result.
