How grout restoration works

We do not just clean grout. We clean it, repair it and seal it in color, so the floor looks as good as new and stays easy to keep.

Clean
A thorough grout cleaning comes first, and any loose or weak pieces of grout are removed.
Repair
Hairline cracks, holes and missing grout are filled with our own grout repair cement. It dries quickly, so we work a small area at a time, with a flexible margin float or a gloved finger, until the grout looks uniform again.
Color seal
Every grout line is sealed with a siliconized acrylic coating that adds color as it seals. It has no odor, dries in 8 to 20 minutes and bonds for years of service.

Why color sealing

It seals the grout's pores, so dirt and spills stay on the surface
It leaves less texture for grime to grip
Repairs and old stains disappear under the new color
An outdated grout color can be changed for a fresh look
Later cleaning is easier, and needs no harsh chemicals

There are 40 standard colors, and they can be customized to match another brand of grout or a paint color.

Cliff was on time for the quote and cleaning appts. He prepped my house with bumpers on furniture and cloth paths throughout. I did not have to clean up after he left.
