Hemingway’s Floor Cleaning Service (Cliff) was an absolute pleasure to deal with from the first phone call until the moment the work was finished. He was polite, professional and a man of his word. I say that as we live out of state so we’re always wary about the work that is done and the people who carry it out. We do not know any local folks and cannot be there to double-check. We are completely dependent on these reviews and hope for the best. Cliff kept us informed every step of the way. He offered and provided photos and videos of the work as it was performed and when finished. He even sent photos of his work vehicle which spoke volumes as the door was open to it and all of the chemicals and equipment were neatly setup and arranged. We knew at that point we had chosen the correct company to do the work. It all comes down to a matter of character. We highly recommend Hemingway’s especially, if you’re from out of state.

Clifton came over to provide a free estimate. He was extremely polite, professional and gave us a very reasonable quote so we scheduled time for him to come back to clean our carpeted and hardwood floors. The carpet cleaning day came first and Cliff arrived promptly. He was extremely polite and professional again, explaining where he’d start and what he’d be doing. He was very conscious of our cat and made sure the door was protected at all times. He took some smaller antique area rugs with him since they needed to be cleaned gently by hand. He returned two days later with the small rugs (which looked phenomenal) and started working on the wood floors. We’ve had a lot of trouble finding the right cleaning products for the wood and there was a fair amount of film and grime on it. Cliff busted his butt cleaning it very meticulously and after many hours he wasn’t satisfied with the way it came out so he said he’d come back the next day and do it again! We wish we could attach pictures since our floors look brand new. Hemingway Floor Cleaning is the way to go for sure! We will definitely be utilizing Cliff’s services whenever we need professional cleanings of any kind. Thank you so much Clifton!

Cliff called when he was on his way, he was very polite, professional and timely. He explained all the steps he’d be taking to clean our couch. He spent extra time on the dirtiest areas instead of doing one even run through. He encouraged me to contact him with any concerns or if I wasn’t happy with the end result.
