Cliff was on time for the quote and cleaning appts. He prepped my house with bumpers on furniture and cloth paths throughout. I did not have to clean up after he left. He cleaned a large area of tile and grout and sealed it with a fresh new color. His color choice was better than mine, it is clear he is very experienced and eager to please. Floors look brand new. He did some rugs also that turned out great. Two before and after pics. Photos still not indicative of the transformation. As a realtor I refer a lot of contractors and few have the work ethic and results as Mr Hemingway.

Cliff was absolutely fantastic. He was very professional, knowledgeable and very friendly. He had a tough job today cleaning my LVP floors as they were extremely messed up from me using the wrong products. My floors look stunning after he cleaned them today. I selected Cliff by the many excellent reviews he had on his website and am so glad I did. I highly recommend him for cleaning LVP floors and I will use him again. I am very happy with them!!!!

My marble floors and countertops look new! Prior to having them re-done, they were dull, scratched, and looked worn out. They are 20 years old. Now they look like they were just installed. Very affordable with excellence in service. The shine on my floors and countertops are like looking at glass! Hemingway’s Floor Cleaning Service exceeded all my hopes and expectations. The professionalism was amazing. Thank you Mr. Hemingway! I HIGHLY recommend this company! Before photo is very dull and etched. After he did his magic the reflection of the lights and glass appearance is AMAZING!

I cannot say enough about how pleased we were with our service. Cliff the owner was very kind and professional. We had slate porches cleaned and sealed,granite counters in kitchen cleaned polished and sealed, kitchen tile floor and grout cleaned and sealed,marble entry had bad etched spot where someone dropped a bottle of vinegar and all the shine was gone. He cleaned,polished and sealed. It looks as good as new. Was here working 2 days and I do not have anything but good to say about his service. Thank you Cliff

Over the years I’ve use rug cleaning services. Once again. No comparison. Hemmingway’s is so far above the others. His vehicle and equipment was clean. The attention to the detailed cleaning of all my furniture, 3 rooms wall to wall carpet, and stone floors both kitchen and bathrooms, was impressive. The work, impeccable. Hemingway’s Floor Cleaning Service (Cliff) was an absolute pleasure to deal with from the first phone call until the moment the work was finished. He was polite, professional and a man of his word. I say that as we live out of state so we’re always wary about the work that is done and the people who carry it out. We do not know any local folks and cannot be there to double-check. We are completely dependent on these reviews and hope for the best. Cliff kept us informed every step of the way. He offered and provided photos and videos of the work as it was performed and when finished. He even sent photos of his work vehicle which spoke volumes as the door was open to it and all of the chemicals and equipment were neatly setup and arranged. We knew at that point we had chosen the correct company to do the work. It all comes down to a matter of character. We highly recommend Hemingway’s especially, if you’re from out of state.

Cliff did an amazing job on our porcelain floors in our foyer. Previous owners or cleaners had put wax on them. Cliff stripped the floor, and scrubbed it twice. It came out beautiful and it looks like new. I can skate on it with my socks..

Very professional! Did the best job on my sofa with spots no one else could get out. Cleaned the carpets. Used Wall corner protectors, which I have never seen before and save my walls from getting all scuffed up! On time, checked in regularly to let me know if he was on the way. I just couldn’t ask for anything better!

Cliffton is fantastic! He rehoned our 20 year old travertine floors which we thought were beyond repair. He meticulously repaired, rehoned and brought back the shine! We are beyond pleased and recommend him highly. 5 stars all the way!

They came out and explained what they were going to do and answered all my questions. Friendly, honest, prompt, and very thorough. I would use them again for our business or my personal house.

Can't say enough about this company and the owner, Cliff. His communication and professionalism are unsurpassed, and the cleaning/sealing of the tile floor throughout our entire condo, as well as two couches, was first rate. Cliff from Hemingway's is extremely professional. He came by my house to look at the bathrooms that needed cleaned and regrouped and emailed me w/ an estimate later that same afternoon. He was timely for the consult appt and the two days he scheduled to do the work. Our tiled walk-in shower looks so good now that my husband doesn't want to use it. Cliff is also very personable and a joy with which to work.

Cliff called when he was on his way, he was very polite, professional and timely. He explained all the steps he’d be taking to clean our couch. He spent extra time on the dirtiest areas instead of doing one even run through. He encouraged me to contact him with any concerns or if I wasn’t happy with the end result. We had spots on the grout in our bathroom. We tried everything but could not get it clean. We called Cliff and left a message. He called back quickly and we discussed the problem and texted some pictures. He was able to come that week. Cliff texted when he was on his way and worked diligently and fixed our problem, turns out it was some kind of mold (see the before and after photos)! He also sealed the grout! Cliff was professional, polite and very reasonable. We would defiantly recommend him for all your cleaning needs.

Cliff arrived on schedule and got started right away. He was very professional and did a fantastic job! I am more than pleased with my carpets! He even put a cover over the front door and guards on corners so that the hoses didn't rub up against them! Much more impressive than those national chains. Clifton came over to provide a free estimate. He was extremely polite, professional and gave us a very reasonable quote so we scheduled time for him to come back to clean our carpeted and hardwood floors. The carpet cleaning day came first and Cliff arrived promptly. He was extremely polite and professional again, explaining where he’d start and what he’d be doing. He was very conscious of our cat and made sure the door was protected at all times. He took some smaller antique area rugs with him since they needed to be cleaned gently by hand. He returned two days later with the small rugs (which looked phenomenal) and started working on the wood floors. We’ve had a lot of trouble finding the right cleaning products for the wood and there was a fair amount of film and grime on it. Cliff busted his butt cleaning it very meticulously and after many hours he wasn’t satisfied with the way it came out so he said he’d come back the next day and do it again! We wish we could attach pictures since our floors look brand new. Hemingway Floor Cleaning is the way to go for sure! We will definitely be utilizing Cliff’s services whenever we need professional cleanings of any kind. Thank you so much Clifton!

Cliff always does an amazing job. They are so friendly and personable over the phone and while completing their service. We have used Hemingway's multiple times and are always so impressed with the work that they do. We had an incident where a stain was made just after getting our carpets cleaned and they were back the day after we called to get it right out. Their service really is top tier. I will continue to use them and recommend them to everyone I know.

I bought a used trailer, family of 5 and two pets- carpets were beyond filthy so it was Hemingway's or new carpet. Beyond thrilled with the results and he sucked up at least 30 pounds of pet hair and sand, ground in. Stains (many) are gone and carpet looks brand new. This is the real deal, you need to use Hemingway's. Price was incredibly reasonable, he spent 3-4 hours meticulously working through it all...if our carpets can be cleaned think of what he can do with yours...

Spoke with Cliff and he was a very respectful young man right from the start. Had originally hired someone who put us off for two days with excuses, so this was a move out clean very last minute. Did the online quote and within five minutes he had called me to find out when I would need the services done and to talk to me about what needed to be done. Made time for the cleaning that day. Did a fantastic job and I highly recommend.
